Statements are mailed on the second of every month. There are four main areas of our statement.The top of the statement shows basic account details such as your mailing address, merchant or account number, the month the statement was generated and the last four digits of the deposit bank account.
The second section is the plan summary. In this section there is a breakdown of the transactions based on the card type. A few examples of card types are VS, VD and VB which stand for Visa Sale, Visa Debit, and Visa Business.
The plan section will outline the total number of sales, amount of the sales and also the number and amount of credits. The far right side displays the processing or discount rate and the fees due.
The next section is the deposit transactions. In this section the date and dollar amount of the deposits processed on your account are displayed. This area will align with deposits into your local checking account.There is also an adjustment section which will show any refunds processed on your account.
The chargeback section shows any transactions which were challenged by your client.
The final section is labeled fees and shows transaction fees, monthly fees, and/or speciality card fees. This total dollar amount will be deducted from your checking account on the 2nd business day following the month you processed transactions.
